Since opening in January 2016, McGregor Hall Performing Arts Center in Henderson, N.C., has become the place for live entertainment, shows, and events in the Kerr Lake region. From Grammy-winning artists to local community performances and educational seminars, there is truly something for everyone at McGregor Hall. The highlight of the performing arts center is the 1,000-seat state-of-the-art theater with professional-grade theatrical stage and orchestra pit that meets the standards of today's Broadway production houses. Along with the hi-tech audio, visual and lighting system, the theater has a wealth of theatrical amenities such as a rigging system that can hoist performers in the air and quickly move scenery backdrops. All the behind-the-scenes attributes, including the dressing rooms, meet the standards of professional actors, artists and production staff.

RAVE Dance Challenge brings a full-production regional dance competition to Henderson, North Carolina on April 9-11, 2027, at McGregor Hall PAC. Who Competes

RAVE welcomes registered studios and independent dancers alike. Dancers compete in age divisions from Itty Bitty (2–4) through Pro (20+), at the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Spotlight levels. Routine divisions run from solos, duets, and trios to small groups, large groups, lines, and EPIC lines — plus our ICON title competition for soloists.

Road To Nationals

RAVE Henderson is part of the 2027 regional tour serving North Carolina and beyond. The season leads to RAVE Nationals, June 27 – July 1, 2027 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
